Rangers Defeat the Betis To advance to the Europa League Round of 16, Brighton defeats Marseille

<p>On Thursday, a 3-2 victory against Real Betis sent Rangers into the Europa League round of 16, while Joao Pedro’s late goal helped Brighton defeat Marseille. With 12 minutes remaining and Sparta Prague leading 3-1 against Aris, Rangers, the competition’s runners-up two seasons before, were on their way out of the tournament and into the Europa Conference League.</p>
